For your convenience Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Stoneham Medical Group offers Open Access Appointments, and same day scheduling Monday – Friday.

After Hours Coverage:
An on-call provider is available to respond to any acute medical concern that occurs after hours.  You can reach the on-call provider by calling 781-481-9255.  Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Stoneham Medical Group will utilize the Winchester Hospital Emergency Department for life threatening emergencies, located at 41 Highland Avenue, Winchester, MA.  Also, for non-emergent issues Stoneham Medical Group will utilize the Winchester Hospital Walk-In Urgent Care Center located at 500 Salem Street, Wilmington, MA. The Walk-In Urgent Care Center provides patient care services from 7:30 am – 8:30 pm / 7 days a week, including holidays.

Should you experience a life-threatening situation such as chest pain, choking, or uncontrollable bleeding, please call 911 or seek care at the Emergency Room nearest you.

Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Stoneham Medical Group is founded on the belief that our patients are best served through a team approach to care.  Our patient-centered care approach focuses on care coordination, prevention, and shared decision making among patients and their care team.

We emphasize primary care interventions such as coaching chronically ill patients on effective self-care, working with patients to develop an individual care plan, coordinating care with a patient’s other doctors and specialists, using technology to track and coordinate patient care, managing hospital transitions and utilizing resources outside the physician office to help patients navigate the health care system and stay healthy.
