Jayamala Pillai, MD
I completed my basic Medical Education in 1989 and my residency in Dermatology in 1996 from Bangalore University in India. Upon moving to the United States I have completed my residency in Internal Medicine from the North Shore Medical Centre, Salem, Massachusetts in 2010.
Given my prior training in Dermatology, I continue to have a special interest in Dermatology and I have found that it benefits my patients immensely. What is most important to me is to invest all my efforts into fostering a strong doctor-patient relationship by providing my patients with adequate evidence based medical information and encouraging them to actively participate in making informed decisions about their medical care.
